Do you work alongside our existing IT provider?
Yes. We are an Apple specialist that slots in beside your existing Windows MSP or in-house IT team. They handle the PCs and servers; we handle the Macs, iPhones, and iPads. No conflict, no overlap — just a properly managed Apple estate.
How much does it cost?
Ongoing management is a fixed monthly fee based on the size of your estate — no hourly billing, no surprises. One-off projects (migrations, new deployments, compliance reviews) are scoped and quoted as a fixed fee before anything starts.
Do you come on site?
We are based in Chester and can visit when needed — onboarding, audits, and urgent issues. Day-to-day management is delivered remotely, which keeps costs down and response times fast.
Will migrating platforms wipe our devices?
No. Migrations move organisation-owned devices between MDMs without wiping them. We handle the parts the automated migration skips — VPP tokens, scripts, profiles, and Wi-Fi — and you keep the documented runbook at handover.
Which Apple platforms do you work with?
Apple Business Manager and Apple School Manager, and the major MDM platforms: Jamf Pro, Microsoft Intune, Kandji, and Mosyle. We are Apple-specialist and MDM-agnostic — we use whatever fits your organisation.
What is the minimum commitment?
Ongoing management runs on an initial twelve-month term, then month-to-month with thirty days' notice. One-off projects are scoped per engagement with no ongoing commitment.
How quickly do you respond?
We respond within 24 hours. For managed estates, urgent issues are handled same-day.
